LAUGHS, SMILES, BAREFOOT, OR RUNNING WILD.
STYLE MATTERS
After years spent as a wedding videographer, I’ve learned a thing or two about storytelling, and I’m bringing it along to my photography sessions. I aim to capture you and your loved ones honestly and authentically. Through a series of curated photos, I tell your family’s story in a way that emulates your individual personalities, as well as who you are when you’re together. Laughs, smiles, barefoot, or running wild! I want to photograph the real you.
REFLECT WHO YOU ARE.
PHOTO SESSIONS
“To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s mortality, vulnerability, mutability. Precisely by slicing out this moment and freezing it, all photographs testify to time’s relentless melt.”
— SUSAN SONTAG
UNIqUE STORIES TOLD THROUGH the art of PHOTOGRAPHY
LET’S DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
I love adding activities to my photo sessions. Human beings rarely sit in one place for long. We’re always on the move, always going somewhere, always doing something, all while making memories along the way. I like to embrace that human nature in my photography. What do you like to do as a family, or as a couple? We all hold special memories in our hearts. Whether it’s a family outing at the fair, cooking dinner with your partner (did someone say tacos?!), or taking a drive in your grandfather’s ol’ car, every moment spent with loved ones is significant.
“You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”
— Ansel Adams
BEYOND GRATEFUL
FROM THE BOTTOM, TOP, AND MIDDLE OF MY HEART, THANK YOU.
I wouldn’t be the photographer that I am today without all of you wonderful humans trusting me to capture those special moments in your lives. I am forever grateful for each and every opportunity to share in those moments, to learn and grow as a photographer, and to preserve your precious memories for all the years to come.
“It’s one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it’s another thing to make a portrait of who they are.”
